You can extend its working life by having it serviced. 

If you would like to service your watch, or  if it needs to be repaired, please contact us or email info@culemwatches.com

We will review your email and let you know what needs to be done, how long it will take and how much it will cost before we proceed. 

If you consent to the service and/or repair work being undertaken, we will provide Fedex’s details to arrange the pick up of your watch at a time convenient to you.

If your movement has a problem within two years of the date of purchase of your watch, we may replace or repair the movement under our two year guarantee. 

This would be free of charge. 

We will let you know this upon receiving your watch.
